We at ComputerGyan understand the importance of privacy. We value your privacy as much as we value our own. This policy is applicable to all the products, sites and services offered by ComputerGyan.

Information we Collect:

Direct Information (User provided information):

Some of the services we offer do not require any registration with us. Some other services require you to register with us.

1. Banking / Credit Card / Financial data is never stored by us. We use third party payment gateways to process our payments. The payment status information returned by the payment gateway is used to provide the requested service.
2. Shipping Address details are used for delivery of the purchased material.

Indirectly collected information is used:
1. For Analysis and Audit to ensure and improve the quality of services offered.
2. For Research and Analysis to develop new services.
3. For ensuring the technical functioning of our network and services.

ComputerGyan stores and processes this information on its servers in the United States of America and in India.

Choices for personal information:

When you sign up for a particular service that requires registration, we ask you to provide personal information. If we propose to use this information in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected, then we will ask for your consent prior to such use.

When we receive formal written complaints at this address, it is our policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between OSDeals and an individual.

Changes to this policy

Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent, and we believe most such changes will be minor. LIMITATIONS:

The ComputerGyan Privacy Policy applies only to web sites and services that are owned and operated by us. We do not have any control over other sites that may be displayed as search results or links from within our various services.
